What is the SE statute provided by the Alliance for the “Societas Europaea” Promotion (ASEP) ?

Companies gathered by the Alliance for the “Societas Europaea” Promotion (ASEP) have the “Societas Europaea” (SE) statute.
This legal structure allows companies to operate in several European countries under a single statute in order to facilitate the development of their activities at the European level.
A SE consists of at least two companies from two different European countries.
According to the Alliance for the “Societas Europaea” Promotion (ASEP), in March 2016, there were 2523 “Societas Europaea”in Europe, mostly established in Germany and Czech Republic.
